Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified defect or shipping error.
Returns
30-Day Returns (Unused Items)
You may return any unused product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the merchandise value.
To qualify:
- Product must be unused (no signs of use, wear, or installation) and in original, resalable condition
- All original packaging, parts, accessories, and documentation must be included
- Returns must also meet our return reason requirements
- Received the wrong product
- Wrong product ordered
- Not satisfied with the product
- There was a problem with the product
Returns After 30 Days
Returns requested after 30 days and up to 90 days from delivery may be accepted at our discretion and will receive store credit less the shipping charges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery so we can address the issue and, if applicable, file a timely claim with the responsible carrier.
- Approved claims may be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion
- Memphis Equipment Company may provide a prepaid return label for verified defects or shipping damage.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.
- All returns are inspected upon receipt, and final refund amounts are determined based on product condition.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Restocking fees (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund total.
- Please allow up to 10 business days after receipt and inspection for refunds to be processed.
Promotions & Bundled Items
If your order included a promotional or bundled item, all items must be returned to receive a full refund.
Memphis Equipment Company reserves the right to adjust refunds if promotional items are not returned.
